Waiora's Distributor Compensation
Plan is designed with the following
objectives:
~ A plan that is easy to understand
~ A plan that rewards performance
~ A plan that is fair and balanced
providing a lucrative financial
opportunity for the part-time
Distributor as well as the full-time
business builder.
The Waiora Compensation Plan has six
phases and a reward trip.
- Retail Profits
- Customer Rebates
- FastStart
- PaceSetter Bonus Program
- Monthly Organizational
Commissions
- Global Diamond Bonus Pool
Top Performers' Reward Trip
1) Retail Profits
Distributors can earn Retail Profits on
products purchased at retail by your
customers and products purchased by
Distributors at wholesale and sold to
retail customers.
2) Customer Rebates
Selling product to customers is an
essential business-building activity.
The company provides a very efficient
program for selling and delivering
product to customers. Customers can sign
up, order and have their product
delivered directly from the company. The
company rewards Distributors for
customer orders as follows:

Volume from customers does not count
as part of a Distributor's qualification
for own their Personal Volume or monthly
AdvantageShip.
3) FastStart
The objective of FastStart is to provide
immediate rewards for selling products
to customers and building a Distributor
organization. FastStart is paid
bi-weekly with the pay periods running
from the 1st. to the 15th and the 16th
to then end of the month. FastStart
commission checks are issued two to four
days after the close of the FastStart
Period.
Rewards for FastStart are based on
three factors:
- Volume from your personal
AdvantageShip
- Your Personal Volume (PV)
- Volume from people you
personally enroll
The requirements for your
AdvantageShip and additional PV are
based on your level of activity in the
preceding month, not the current month.
For new Distributors in their first
month, the requirements are based on
their current month activity.
Distributors have the potential of
earning two levels deep which includes
their personal enrollment activity
(Level 1) and the enrollment activity of
people they have personally enrolled
(Level 2). FastStart is paid as follows:

In addition, Waiora has a FastStart
instant qualification for existing
Distributors to receive maximum
FastStart payout in the current AND
following month. Any existing
Distributor who places a single 500 PV
order in a particular month will
immediately qualify for the maximum
FastStart payout for the remainder of
the current month and following month.
A unique aspect of Waiora's Fast
Start is that it provides "linked
enrollment" which permanently links an
enroller to their new Distributor.
Linked enrollment permanently rewards
FastStart to the Enroller, not the
upline Sponsor, for the enrollment
activity of the new Distributor.
When a new Distributor joins Waiora,
they should focus all their efforts on
building a customer base, enrolling and
the rewards provided by FastStart.
FastStart earnings in a new
Distributor's first few months will be a
significant source of income until they
have developed a Distributor
organization and begin earning monthly
Organizational Commissions.
4) PaceSetter Bonus Program
A Distributor may qualify for the
PaceSetter Bonus every month in which
they qualify. The PaceSetter Bonus
consists of five percent (5%) of net
country volume (based on Organizational
Commissions) paid monthly to those that
qualify by meeting the following
criteria:
- Must be a PaceSetter having
placed one order of 500 CV or
greater in any one month.
- Must have an active
AdvantageShip with a minimum of 100
PV.
- Must personally enroll five (5)
new Distributors in the current
month each with a minimum 100 PV
order.
The bonus is paid based on points
earned from each new Distributor
personally enrolled during the month.
Points are earned based on a new
Distributor's initial order as follows:
- 1 point is earned for each new
Distributor whose initial order is
100 - 199
- 2 points are earned for each new
Distributor whose initial order is
200 - 499
- 5 points are earned for each new
Distributor whose initial order is
500 +
At the end of each month the total
points earned by all qualifying
Distributors are totaled and a point
dollar value is determined. A
Distributor's PaceSetter Bonus is their
total points earned multiplied by the
per point dollar value amount.
5) Monthly Organizational
Commissions
At the end of each calendar month,
Distributors qualify at one of six
ranks. The qualifications are based on
the size and structure of their
organization. The following summarizes
the qualifications required and
commissions earned at each rank:
Bronze
- Personal volume of 100
- No organization
- Earn 5% on their first level
Silver
- Personal volume of 100
- A total of 300 in Organizational
Volume (OV) in their first level
- Earn 10% on their first level
Gold
- Personal volume of 100
- They have two legs with a Silver
Distributor in each leg within their
first three levels
- A total of 1,000 in OV in their
first three levels
- Earn on three levels of volume;
7%, 8%, 10%
Ruby
- Personal volume of 100
- They have two legs with a Gold
Distributor in each leg within their
first five levels
- A total of 5,000 in OV in their
first five levels
- Earn on five levels of volume;
3%, 5%, 7%, 8%, 10%
Emerald
- Personal volume of 200
- They have three legs with a Ruby
Distributor in each leg within their
first seven levels
- A total of 30,000 in OV in their
first seven levels
- Earn on seven levels of
volume;1%, 3%, 4%, 5%, 7%, 8%, 10%
Diamond
- Personal volume of 200
- They have three legs with an
Emerald distributor in each leg
within their first nine levels
- A total of 150,000 in OV in the
first nine levels
- Earn on nine levels of volume;
1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%, 10%
Organizational Commissions are
calculated using compressed volume which
means that any Distributor that has
volume of less than 100 does not count
as a level.
6) Global Diamond Bonus Pool
Once you reach the Diamond level, you
are eligible to participate in the
Global Diamond Bonus Pool. The purpose
of the Global Diamond Bonus Pool is to
motivate and reward Diamond leaders for
helping people in their downlines become
new Diamonds. This Bonus Pool consists
of three percent (3%) of global net
commissionable volume that is shared
among the qualifiers of the bonus.
Distributors must maintain a rank of
Single Diamond or higher during a
calendar quarter and, based on rank,
will earn shares in the pool. The more
Diamond legs you help build, the greater
your share of the bonus pool. The Global
Diamond Bonus Pool is paid quarterly.
Top Performers' Reward Trip
Grow your business and reap the rewards!
Twice a year, Waiora sends its Top
Performers on a long weekend getaway for
two in reward and recognition of their
outstanding businessbuilding activities.
Held in a top-tier destination city,
this three-night, four-day extravaganza
includes airfare, luxurious hotel
accommodations and exciting events
including a business meeting with Waiora
executives and leadership training by
Waiora's top leaders. To qualify for
this special reward trip, Distributors
earn points based on their advancement
in rank, personal enrollment activity
and PaceSetter Bonus qualification. The
top point earners over a six month
qualification period (March- August or
September - February) will earn a spot
on the Top Performers' Reward Trip.
There are no limits to how many times
you can qualify, so travel with Waiora
twice a year! |
